Making Their Mark: Adams County

The historical marker for Adams County will honor 10 African American men elected to the legislature in the 19th century.

Current status (Dec 9, 2025): Board of Supervisors approved, approvals from Natchez Preservation Commission and MDAH Landmark Review in progress, application for marker submitted.
