William H. Jones

William H. Jones (Issaquena County)

State House: 1874-1877

Teacher from Georgia. Served on the State Library, Public Health and Quarantine, and Ways and Means committees. I have been unable to identify Jones with any certainty in census records because his name is too common in Issaquena County. If he moved to and/or out of Mississippi between 1870-1880, his name makes it nearly impossible to trace him.
