Part of State of Mississippi vs. Robert Gleed
And the jurors aforesaid, upon their oath aforesaid, further present that Robt Gleed, late of said county, on the 15th day of October A.D. 1874, in said county, in and upon one G. T. Smith, in the peace of said state then and there being did make an assault. And the said Robert Gleed, with a certain stick, did then and there strike, beat, [?] and wound the said G. T. Smith, and other wrongs then and there did to the said G. T. Smith, against the peace and dignity of the state of Mississippi.
