MR. W. H. HARRIS, of Liberty Grove, a few years ago an outspoken Independent, has renewed his allegiance to the Democratic party, and is now, we observe, a member of our Executive Committee. Mr. Harris did yeoman service last year and we are glad to see he has been received into full fellowship again. -Ledger.
