Talburtt, Thomas G. Ash, David S. Waters, Mahlon McMurphy, Sidney A. Fitch and Abram L. Cabell, Kentucky; Bernard Wagner and Abram F. Springsteen, Indiana; James J. Barrick, West Virginia.
