Police Court Matters.

Emanuel Handy and John Owens were before Judge Arnold yesterday morning, charged with disturbance of the peace. The two had quarreled in settling for crops, and the matter had been adjusted in the Justice’s Court. As the parties were leaving, Handy struck Owens. Handy was fined $10 and Owens $5, which they paid.
