The Petition of the undersigned Perry Harrison respectfully represents that Charles W. Bush late of the County of Warren aforesaid, departed this life at Vicksburg in said County, on or about the sixth day of April A. D. 1875, having no last Will and Testament so far as your Petitioner knows or believes.
And this petition further shows that the said Chas W. Bush died seized and possessed of Personal Estate, consisting chiefly of two horses, all of said personal estate being estimated to be worth about One Hundred and fifty Dollars.
