Albert Johnson, (c) convicted of violating a State law in carrying an unlawful weapon, obtained a new trial, as there is a suspicion that the said State law conflicts with a certain U.S. law, commonly called the “Civil Rights Bill,” and certain constitutional questions are to be raised and argued ‘twist this and the September term of the Court or during thereof.
