Miss Theresa T. Voglesang, a granddaughter of the late William Bishop, one of the wealthiest and most generally respected colored men of Annapolis, Md., was married recently to J. T. Settle of Mississippi, a graduate of Ohio University, and formerly connected with the Board of Public Works of Washington. The bride is said to have a very fair complexion and to be highly accomplished.
