Meeting of Colored Citizens.

In accordance with previous notice, a mass meeting of the colored citizens of Vicksburg, Miss., was held on Monday evening, October 30. Henry Mason, called to the Chair, C. Holley, appointed Secretary.

The following gentlemen were appointed a committee on resolutions:

C. Holley, O. Bramlett, S. Stiles, F. Roen, J. Rhiens.

During the absence of the committee, the meeting was addressed by Messrs. Richardson and Edwards.
