Trustee’s Sale.

By virtue of the provisions of a certain deed of trust made by Eugene B. Welborne and Walter S. Welborne, on the 26th day of April, 1873, to secure to Bonham & Mitchell, assignees of Young Bonham & Mitchell, on account of certain indebtedness mentioned therein, the said deed being duly recorded in record book of deeds number four, on pages 206 and 207, of the First District of Hinds county, Mississippi; the undersigned will proceed to sell, to the highest bidder, for cash, at public outcry, on the gallery of P. R. Lewis’ Hotel, in the town of Clinton, in said county, on the 29th day of May, 1875, the following land, in said county, to-wit:
