The Chickasaw Contested Case.

The Chickasaw Messenger states that the committee appointed to investigate the claims of Ambrose Henderson to the seat of Col. McIntosh in the Legislature, after taking the testimony of many witnesses, adjourned on last Saturday sin die. The grounds alleged for contesting the election (says the Messenger) proved to be so entirely unfounded, that the committee were thoroughly disgusted with the whole proceeding.
